New Acuvibe Branded Cordless massagers have a one year replacement warranty for manufacturer's defects. Only Acuvibe massagers with the Acuvibe logo can be sent for replacement. Human Touch Branded Acuvibes still have to be handled through Human Touch. For warranty service replacement, please have the consumer send the defective Acuvibe with a copy of their original receipt to Acuvibe Warranty Replacements, 13820 Stowe Dr. Poway, CA 92064. Acuvibes damaged and/or broken by misuse, abuse or dropping will not be replaced. Free return shipping of replacements is only offered in the US and CANADA.
