Return Policy

Acuvibe.com must authorize the return of any products. All returned products, for any other reason than a manufacturer's defect, will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. All returned products must be in new, unopened condition and returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Acuvibe.com will not accept any product back without a return merchandise authorization number attached. Please note that we will only accept Acuvibe branded cordless massagers (they will have the Acuvibe logo found at the top of this page on the packaging and Acuvibe massager.) Will not accept Human Touch branded Acuvibes for return or warranty exchange.e
